1. Operator and scope
The operator of koreal.ru is LLC "KOREAL" (ООО «Кореал»), tax ID 2537107979, registration number 1142537005060. Registered address: 95 Russkaya Street, Apt. 12, Vladivostok, Vladivostok Urban District, Primorsky Krai, 690105, Russian Federation. Data enquiries: i@koreal.ru.
This policy covers visits to the corporate website and enquiries addressed to KOREAL. The website has no registration, customer accounts, shopping cart or data upload forms.
2. Data processed
When pages are opened, the server receives technical information: IP address, request date and time, requested page address, response code, data volume, browser information from the User-Agent and the referring page if sent by the browser. These details may be stored in technical logs.
Email enquiries may contain a name, sender address, telephone number, organisation, message and attachments, only where the sender provides them and they are needed to handle the enquiry. Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not requested for use of the website.
3. Purposes and grounds
Technical information is used to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the website from abuse. The basis is the operator’s legitimate interests, subject to visitors’ rights, under Article 6(1)(7) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Enquiry data is used to reply and discuss cooperation. Depending on the enquiry, the basis is preparing or performing a contract initiated by the data subject under Article 6(1)(5), or a legitimate interest in business correspondence while respecting the subject’s rights. Separate consent is requested where needed for a specific purpose. Visiting the website does not itself mean consent to marketing emails.
5. Access and protection
Timeweb Cloud provides the website hosting. Access to information is limited to what is needed to maintain the website and handle enquiries. Where contractors are engaged, the operator must ensure the grounds and processing conditions required by law.
Website connections use HTTPS. Technical administration uses access keys, and server logs are not published in the website directory. Processing may include receipt, recording, storage, use for the stated purposes, correction, access restriction and deletion. The website does not make automated decisions that have legal consequences for visitors.
6. Retention and deletion
Technical logs are configured for daily rotation, retaining the current log and no more than 14 rotated archives. Older archives are removed during scheduled rotation. Logs are not used for advertising profiling.
Correspondence is processed for the purpose of the enquiry. Once that purpose is fulfilled, data is to be deleted or anonymised unless further retention is needed for a contract, protection of legitimate interests or legal duties. If an enquiry leads to a contract, applicable contractual and statutory periods apply.
7. Rights and enquiries
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion where the law provides, and withdraw previously given consent. Withdrawal does not prevent processing based on another lawful ground.
Send requests to i@koreal.ru and identify the data or enquiry concerned. Verification of the requester’s authority may be needed to protect the data. Responses are provided within the periods set by Russian law. Complaints may be submitted to Roskomnadzor or a court.
